Refund policy
All goods can be returned to us for a full refund on the cost of goods within 21 days from the date of dispatch providing they are unworn and unused. **This does not apply to Customised Garments as they cannot be resold**
PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide a free returns service unless goods are faulty or sent in error. Please ensure you keep proof of postage for your own records and have adequate insurance should your parcel be lost. Slimson cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost in the post.
How to return goods: In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your t-shirt/sweatshirt, please pack it up in suitable packaging and contact us via email at at info@slimsonstore.com for returns address.

We will always do our best to help with any query....but please remember this is a small online store not ASOS. Will endeavour to get all problems sorted within a maximum of 14 days.
